Return/Exchange Policy

EcoLoco accepts exchanges/returns within 30 days from shipment of goods. Please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by UPS, USPS, and other carriers. Please include a copy of your sales receipt note with your address and daytime phone number along with your instructions/comments and send to:

Items bought at home parties may not be returned to EcoLocoGifts.com. Items bought online can be returned at home parties selling EcoLoco products.

Items marked CLEARANCE SALE or REWARDS or SPECIAL may not be returned or exchanged.

Please note that our items are one-of-a-kind and individual graphics may vary.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping

EcoLoco offers shipping through USPS.

Note: We cannot ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes.

Shipping Times

USPS orders will ship within 24 hours when items are in stock.

Orders placed Fridays after 3:00pm (EST) through Sundays will ship on Monday (except if Monday is Holiday) if items are in stock.

If items are not in stock we will notify you.  Items not in stock will be shipped within 5 – 10 business days of your order.

Tracking your Order

If using USPS global express mail there will also be a tracking number we will provide to track your order. Please note that if you are using USPS Airmail parcel post there is no tracking # available, this means that once the order is shipped there will be no way for us or USPS to track it.

International Shipping

EcoLoco does not currently ship internationally.

If you desire to have something shipped international, please call us to discuss.

EcoLoco does not sell, share, or rent our customers personal information in any way. The information that you provide is collected for our use only and we take every precaution to protect it both online and offline.
